I'll be removing the above said part to replace a bolt I broke while changing the oil....what a mess Anyway, anything I should know, maintain while I'm in there, or any helpful hints what-so-ever? I'm not planning on any clutch maintenance, right now. Thanks!

We don't know how to actually know how to work on things, we just fight over which is better and faster in a drag.

Killer250R...you know I was thinking the same thing while reading about a Huffy racing a 400EX..around 20+ replies...exactly why I've become sick of most forums I belong to.
Redrider..just torqued it too tight..anyway, I pulled it off, cleaned the oil filter strain at the bottom of the case....looked things over, removed the broken bolt, replaced gasket...it's fixed now!
I'll remeber if I'm looking for replies or attention, just to talk about how big of a POS the Raptor, 400EX, SP500 ( or any Polaris for that matter) is..thanks...OUT
