White Brothers...Customer service??

Is it just me, or do the people at White Brothers seam kind of like asses when you order from them or call them. Why don't they send you a free catalog when you place an order with them? They want more money for a catalog, but then when you don't have a catalog and call them with a bunch of questions, they act like your wasting their time. I will never BUY a catalog for anything!

Don't get me started on White Bros.!! I called last august for a catalog, two months later, no catalog but I was charged for it. I kept calling and it was like no one knew they had a catalog department, I kept getting different operators until I said F--- it! and hung up. To make a long story short, I ended up getting charged for three catalog orders and finally got one catalog in November and with no price list, because they don't print prices in their catalogs, they are supposed to send a seperate price list! I finally started at the top of the list and called the highest in charge and after four calls to different people telling me that I will be reimbursed for the charges, I finally was....in December!! I still never got a price list. That place is pretty screwed up!
