Ask Rincon for help. He specilized on polaris stuff.

Just joking.

I know of a few polaris trailblazers. I never heard of that happing. Maybe someother people do but if they dont it might help to discribe the problem a little be more in detail.

hey everyone, polaris expert rincon here, try some thread lock on those bolts, might help, you nned lots of thread lock on a CR 250 too. 2 strokes vibrate a lot more than thumpers. just my EXPERT advice, hope it helps!!

Your "expert" wisdom failed to let you know a TrailBlazer is a two stroke!

you miss understood me, i said a CR needs lots of thread lock, therefor a TB would too, i said 2 strokes vibrate more than thumpers, nothing there about the TB being a thumper. trust me the guy down the road has a TB and i know its a 2 stroke. now that i re-read that post i can see where it's confusing though.

Jenny, with the heat generated by the pipe, you can't use nylon locking nuts. You should get some "high temp" locking nuts (w/o the nylon for locking) available at any dealer, or hardware store.

Lock washers loose their resistant bend when placed in such a high temp application. The nuts mod is talking about are ovaled at one end to keep from backing off.
