Ok, this is my very first problem with my mag, but it's not that big.
Seems lately, I have not noticed the fan kicking on.
I notice it gets hot on my leg on short rides, I normally dont use it long enough for the fan to kick on, but it doesn't when it should
I check for any blockage, mud, sticks rocks, and came up with nothing.
so, the only thing i cna think of is wiring
or is there a fuse i dont know about,
please let me know what you think it has be electrical right?

Ok, i'm not too familiar with the cooling system on this machine, I know its' simple since it's air cooled, but I am more used to cars.
By the sensor, do you mean a thermostat?
I thought about that, or the wiring could be $hitty, I tend to get logs up in the fenders, but when I looked, the wiring was all there and in good shape.
I want to keep this quad in good shape, cause I needa utility, and the next quad will be a sport, to have both
this quad has been trouble free up until now, but it doesn't bother me
any more help would be great.
OH, and if somoene knows the part # and price of this sensor he is speaking of, I would appreciate it.

The sensor or thermister mounted on the cooler may be bad but my experience has pointed to the LR-60 module that works the fan and hot light. It recieves temp input from the sensor and operates either the fan and light according to pre set parameters. It is p/n 4010249. Good luck.
