Sound like the ball joint is worn out.....
Which mean is new a-arm replacement.... Time to go shopping for a replacement.

Also see if the tie rod is loose, tie rod ball joint too.....

Well the stock you just have to replace the whole a-arm not the ball joint. Which is the pity...

The aftermarket replacement a-arm, They are several places. One is Lone Star, Look into the dirtwheel mag. and see what they have on the ad. Also you might want to try out on E-bay and see who is selling of the J-arm.

Also look in to local paper ad too.

Good luck.

dont replace the ball joint! I would take a look at your front wheel bearings before u go and replace your j-arms!
Your ball joints shouldnt go bad unless you really beat the crap outta it. So look at the wheel bearings first lol it would be a lot cheaper then j arms

Were the bolts slightly worn if you have a slight bit of wear the grease will fill the play and it wont wiggle until you ride again.but I would also check the wheel bearing for play aswell

I just had to buy factory O.E.M j-arms for the front of mine. It cost me over 300.00 dollars. Good luck finding aftermarket ones, all I could find was companies that wanted to sell me conversion kits to a-arms. I would personally stay away from used parts, on something like this if you buy it used its probably pretty close to being worn out too, since there all goin to be about 12 to 13 yrs. old. Good Luck and have a great ride!
