Anybody got any good info on a sticking master cylinder? Won't return, when it does it does it very slow. Dealer no help - they tried to sell me a new master cylinder, lever and all, for $85. I heard this was a common thing for a faulty part, but no recall, on some previous threads.

Anybody got a trick to fix - I haven't taken it apart yet, will when I get time. Hoping I can just polish the piston or something....

 

Mine is doing the same thing. I don't have any solutions yet.

 

Have you tried anything yet that hasn't worked, so I know not to bother with the same?
