My friend has a mojave and i have a 300ex. I was wondering which is faster because the 300ex has 32cc's over a mojave but the mojave has double overhead cams. I have no where to race him so i need results from other people. Off the line my keeps up fine but he also has a supertrapp exhaust system, but i am asking about top end.

Hey...I think we can think of it this way... A DOHC is not as much as 32 cc's -not on those anyway. Yeah I have rode a mojave and I would guess that you can beat him at top speed. You will probably pull away mid to top speed. let us know how it goes if you get a chance real soon. How new is the mojave? I rode a 99 and it was in bad shape. I thought it was really whimpy. I don't know about a whole exhaust system though..sounds good if it is a newer one. Maybe a k&n and new Muffler could help you a bit for not too much cashola

I think you can take him, i rode a 2000 mojove with a big gun exhaust back when i had my 250Ex and it didnt impress me none compared to it i figured it would walk all over my 250 but it didnt, they both had pipes on them. Id say you aint got no worries of gettin beat.
