I have a question on My stepdad's cannibal le. After riding for a few minutes the bike stalls sometimes, we have also noticed that on starting sometimes the bike will barely creep as if clutch is engaged even though it is pulled all the way in.The front sprocket will also turn a little on starting also, Clutch is all the way pulled in. It seems that the clutch is grabbing a hair to cause the stalling, but we are guessing. Just wanted to run it by you guys before taking it to dealer. It does it coming in to corners.Any help would be appreciated. It starts fine, we start it according to everybodies instruction, and have changed plug. Stall updated is supposed to have been done prior to delivery.

You may need to adjust the clutch. it is not fully disengageding. Which could be stalling. Other than that make sure your idle speed is correct.

bird,if you are still having problems after you adjust the clutch have your dealer provide you with the paperwork backup to PROVE he has done the updates...
he has to keep this on file for cannondale...i had my dealer make copies for my records as well...

Just curious as to how you guys are adjusting the hydraulic clutch? I know you can adjust the clutch lever, but I thought that just adjust how much pull is on the lever and not the actual engagement.

You take off the left side cover on the motor and there is a lock ring,a locknut and an alen screw.Hold the lock ring and loosen the lock nut. Then turn the alen screw in or out to adjust it.There is instructions in the manual with pictures.

1 tip is to lift the left side of the quad that the cover is on about a foot and a half of the ground to keep the oil from coming out.

good luck
