Does motor have to warm to make smooth shifts? Seems sometimes I push button it says 2nd but is not really in 2nd. Then it seems to work all right. Please explain. Thanks

Your clutch maybe to tight. Try adjusting it a little or just keep shifting your buttons up and down, up and down fast for about five or ten minuites. this will help to loosen it up a little. Mine was the same way when I bought it.

Please explain if you can a bit more about the clutch adjustment? My 450 ES prefers to be warmed up before it will go into 2nd lately ??

THANKS!
