What is a rebuilt and ported 250X head worth?

What have you seen them sell for. Here are the details. Just a good cleanup portwork, no hogging out. New valve guides, valve stem seals, 3 angle valve job. Good valves and springs. It thought it would go for $150.00 easy, any ideas?
