Can you shift a Rancher ES like a rubicon without letting off the gas?

You certinally can shift without coming off the thumb control, but why would you want to? You'll get a pretty good kick when you do. I come off the gas for .5 sec shift then get right back on it, and all is smooth as silk.

yes, because the engine will cut off the gas long enough to shift and then restore it without taking your thumb off the throttle.
