Default rear bearing replacement

i have a trx 250x and i am in the process of getting my rear axle out but what has stopped me from doing this is, i cannot get my sprocket hub off. it will not budge at all, wiggle or nothing. Its not welded anywhere. i took a 15lb rubber sledge hammer and hit it a bunch of times and nothing. Need all the info, opinions, suggestions possible.

it must be on a spline, i wonder if it comes out that side or the other direction. I had a 200 that we had to replace bearings every year it used to come out other direction. Im probably not much

On a Honda the sproket hub does not come off. You take the rotor side off to get the axle out. Sproket hub will only come off by using a press. Undo the nut next to the brake rotor, it is reverse threads, there is a clip on the axle under the nut to get it off. Then the axle will come out
