Pred wheels dragging

Pred wheels dragging
G'day guys. Raised the front wheels off the ground,& the wheels will only spin 1.5 turns with a good tug. Presume its the brakes dragging. Anyone else find this & how to fix please? Thanks from down under. Geoff
