Well since you can get the AC pro pegs cheaper I would get them. Cause the Graydons are just like regular Ac's. The Pro reg design is much better. later

Dont you have the 405 in the 300EX chassis? I wasnt aware that AC made the pro-pegs for the 300EX. I wanted some of these and couldnt find them anywhere! Oh well, I got the AC regular nerfs and they didnt fit worth crap. I had to bend them to make them fit and then get my own bolts to bolt them down on the ends of the footpegs cause they sent the wrong size. My AC bumper doesnt fit, so I can only put 3 bolts in that. My grabbar had to be slightly bent to fit also. Overall, I have no experience with graydon, but am pretty satisified with my AC stuff's preformance once it actually fit. If you dont mind doin alittle modifying then go for AC, if you do, try graydon.

Hey THEXOTIC1;
Rhino99 is right. I have a set of AC nerfs and bumper on my 400 EX and they didn't fit quite right, but I like them, so I bought AC propegs for my 250R. I had to bend the front mount of the nerf bar forward almost one full inch!!! And the steel part that bolts to the foot peg, one was bent!! I was pretty pissed off, but they are on the bike (still under stress). I hope they won't break if they take a hit. After all of this I am a little unhappy, but I haven;t ridden the quad since then, I'm sure I will like the performance of them just fine. Just a second warning if your buying the AC's.

Good luck

I have AC pro-pegs, mudscreen bumper, chassie skid, and grabbar on my 250r and they fit find, with no tweeking. I also got teh bumpers, regular nerfs, and a grabbar on my Mojave and didn't have a problem mounting them either. May be you guys got a bad batch of parts, becuase my friend ordered some AC stuff and had some problems. I don't think they really care about how the stuff they make fits, saying they only make the stuff certain times of the year!
