I use a 55/100 Blue xenon. The 55w dim is polite to campers, and the 100w bright it mega brite in the dunes - with the Blue xenon helping to reduce glare to on-comers. It very much appreciated by all, and looks pretty darn awesome too - many compliments.

I ordered it from Dennis Kirk offroad catalog - been running it over a year now, still good! It was like $12 I think.
Auto-parts stores have the same bulb in the stock 55/60w, but most don't carry the 100w versions because they're illegal for road use.
JC-Whitney also carries these bulbs - for the offroaders.

Might want to check out PIAA 120/135 watt bulbs, they are the ones with the Japanese writing all over then. Kinda pricey at $85 a set but from what I've researched they about the brighest you can get.
