I make a long travel suspension kit for the 400, 450 and 500 to improve their suspension softness. It add about 1-3/8 inches, so it is softer. $139.99 canadian... no welding, you can call Motovan at 1-800-363-0808 for any informations, or send me a email at perfex@laurentides.net

In the Jan. issue of ATV Action mag. there is an add for a suspension kit for the 450. The company is A D Boivin and sells for $150, tel. number 418-838-3783. Quote from the add-"designed to improve overall stability, handling and riding comfort on rough terrain, as well as make steering easier and provinding more wheel- to-ground contact. The kit consist of a box full of plates, spacers, and fasteners to do everything from alter the shock angles to recalibrate the shock springs". If anyone gets the kit let us know how it does!!!

Perfex;
Honda's are not noted for their ride. I can hardly wait until you make this kit for the Honda 300's and 350's. I need a kit for each of these.

Dear hillbillywheeler!!! I'm glad you are talking about this kit because mine is about the same, but ajustable in several position and cheaper ($139.99 vs $199.95 canadian dollars) Some riders tried it and have post a message in the Québec's ATV web site forum, http://www.qvnav.de/qvnq/frm/ ... if you can read french...go to december 30th, the writer is "stevem granby".
Some have tried the A.D. Boivin and they found the suspension about 25% better. One of the custumor said my kit was 65% better! And I am very proud of it... It said that every Honda should have one!

I will not make any kit for older 300, but there is one for the 350 Rancher coming soon. I was not planing to make one, but after the "Salon national du quad" in St-Hyacinthe, Qc, the most important ATV show in Canada, a lot of Rancher owner asked for it. As soon as I have some information, I will tell you here!
