Default o1 300 4x4 problems Please help

I'm having a lot of problems with my cat. It started running real bad, misses out(real bad at high rpms)and seems to be flooding itself.the spark plug is fouling out(real black and sootey, not oily real dry) It's hard to start and won't hardly idle, but you can keep in running by playing with throttle. It only has 320 miles on it. I took it to the dealership and when i got it back they said they adjusted carb(i had them adjust valves while it was there). Ran good for about 2 miles, thats it! Right back to the same thing. dealer didn't even change the plug!! I've now changed the plug (twice), took the carb apart and cleaned and leaned it out just alittle. I"M LOST please advise
thanks

Perhaps your choke cable is not releasing. Do you get a nice blue spark from your plug?

ARRGGG!!!
I hate carburator problems
could have been dirt in fuel partiallyhas blocked jet or any number of different moving parts. I may require a complete cleaning of carb. Did you mess with air mixture screw?
good luck!
