Default Carbon Fibre Skid Plate?????


Anyone know where I can find a carbon fibre skid plate for my banshee????

Well, if anyone makes one, it would be the guys that make the CF racing wheels. Hyper, I believe? I would be interested to see these CF skids if you do find them...

If you don't have any luck finding them, and you have the time, make one. Its really not as complex as you would think, from what I understand. I had plans on doing some stuff myself but I never have time to ride so.....

Default Carbon Fibre Skid Plate?????

i don't think you'd want carbon fiber, its quite brittle and would just shatter if you hit something..you'd be better with a urethayne or something..something with some flex...i believe durablue makes a non metallic skid plate for swingarms. Maybe nylon or something..but fiberglass and carbon fiber wouldn't be suitable at all.
