Default Anyone going to Cleveland National Forest or Octillo wells or gorden's well this weekend 22nd-23rd

Anyone going??.... could some one tell me if they liked riding at Cleveland Forest...
Can you ride wide open or is it just trails...

cleveland national forest, I.E. Corral Canyon McCain Valley, Bear Valley, are all pretty fun TRAILS, but not really wide open, its pretty rugged too so bring your skid plates. Another good spot to ride, is the border roads down below campo, if you like wide open. or go up to the top of the grade at In-Ko-Pah (I-8 before you drop into Imperial Valley) there are some FAST, and fun high desert type terrain trails on BOTH sides of the freeway. Watch out for rednecks on the southeast side of the freeway, on the north side towards table mountain you dont have to worry much...till you hit the nudist colony...YIKES! other then that the best place to ride is Plaster city, ocotillo, superstition, and imperial sand dunes. We San Diegans are so lucky to have so many riding areas so close. Interested in MX, Im starting MX for Quads at the El Cajon MX track by gillespie field, along with FULL on MX races, and the tracks by the Golden Acorn Casino when they are finished.
