Who knows what went on there. Controversy is abound.
Some say there was no ambulance. Some say the weather caused the cancellation.
What is for sure is that the promotor wreeked the benefits from a National MX race and didnt do his part to make it go off in a profetional manner.Is the need for track equipment any surprise for anyone reading this? I think not.
Last years ugly duckling turned swan (Lincoln Trail MX), handled massive amounts of water.Incredible for a first year track,but then again,they cared about us! Equipment was called for and races held!

Of course I'm a big idiot(at least I bet the promotors are thinking this after reading),because I think that Sundays money should be refunded.You payed for a weekends race that included Sunday races.
We need to remember that we are on ATV's! ALL TERRAIN it means!Can you imagine what wussies we must look like to the GNCC racers?!

Racers,families,and friends. We NEED to stand togeter and let the ATVA know that this type of shoddy promotion cannot be further tolerated!

London Ky. :: (Daniel Boone Raceway) A Victory Sports (Victory Shorts as I call them) promotion.PPl attending last year can testify to the fact that Sam could easily call and pay for a shuttle service to transport massive amounts of spectators to the track.Yet try to use a portable toilet (all 4 or 5 of them). All were not full,but OVER FULL! Did Sam make a call and demand potty service?We know not.

Budds Creek:: We were treated like 2nd class citizens there.Yet they knew they had a race for this year before last years race was over!
Imediately after the race, there were massive negative reports about their race in the forums. I know, lets go back to a bike lovers track.

Muddy Creek:: Victory Shorts again. Imagine you or a friend racing there.You/He/She crashes,gets bumped,etc. and runs off the track.Don't worry,the barbed wire should stop them!!!! My daughter got onto that barbed wire.Sam promised me that he would remove the barbed wire before the next race.Well la-de-da, this was in 2001 and he knew then that there would be NO Muddy Creek race in 2002! I informed Doug Morris about the barbed wire,he agreed that tracks should not be lined w/barbed wire and that this would be on the promotors list of ":get it fixed or no future national" list.They list alot of improvements for Muddy Creek,we'll see if safety of the rider is of any concern.
