Foreman 450ES/450S Owner Opinions
#1
I have been going back and forth for some time on whether or not to buy a machine with more sport (Wolverine) or more utility (450S). I have done some very extensive research on the Wolverine, but I am starting to lean toward going back to Honda. I am looking at the Honda 450S, but I need some owner opinions to aid in my research. I am curious about the handling, ride, top speed, and general ergonomics of the quad. When I was looking at the Wolverine very hard I had a lot of good feedback about the quad from owners, and I hope to do the same yet again. My riding style is a two part system. I like to ride fast and race, but at the same time I do a lot of exploring, utiliy type things. I live in Minnesota, so I have all four seasons to deal with. Thanks for your opinions...

Have you looked into the Rancher? They are much more sporty than the 450s'. Don't get me wrong the 450s' are great machines, but they lean towards the utility side of things. I was considering both and chose the Rancher for the Handleing and ride. Top speed seems to be about the same 50-52mph between them. The 450 does get the nod in bottom end power, the kind you need for turning big tires. Well those are my thoughts, I'm sure you will get more imput from owners of 450s, what ever you choose good luck.
