Default How fast in low

In my owners manual for my 02 sportsman 500 ho x it reads use low gear for speeds below 10 mph and towing.I just recieved my polaris escape magazine in the mail today and under "smart steps to riding" it tells to use low if you ride below 20 mph and for towing of course.Does anyone know what speed is the fastest you should actually run in low?

I think its more of common sense...If you know you will be crawling or towing keep it in low and dont let it rev to high. If you are gonna be trail riding keep it in high...Don't go past 20 mph is all. I think 10 is very precautionary.

If you put a clutch kit in you will seldom have to use low
