i eliminate arm pump while i drive. i carry a 8lbs dumbell with me in my truck, and wrest my right wrist on the center console of my truck, and just hand my wrist off the edge. i then not slow but not fast, i hold the dumbell parallel with the floor (palm up) and rotate my wrist up as far as i can, and then down as far as i can. i do this for as long as i can stand to, then i take a 5 minute break and switch hands. after those exercises, hold it in your hand so its horizontal to the floor (thumb up) and twist your wrist side to side as far as you can. i also carry a bean bag which i do squeeze hold exercises with. works great for me, as i never get arm pump

I ride slow enough so that it isn't a problem.

Loosened my death grip, relaxed and have fun.

The best way to eliminate arm pump is to ride as much as you can without getting burned out.

Remember to breath!
If you have big spongy soft grips, ditch them for something thinner.
dont strap your gloves or pull up your sleeves

Get someone else to do it, or change hands!

Thanks from down under, Geoff.
