Default Tuning a mojave carb...

OK, this thing has been a PIA! I've pulled it numerous times and cleaned all the jets out, adjusted the float levels numerous times. Here's what it still does:

I can't get the float level right, so I either overflow the bowl ,and it comes out the overflow and it floods and is a SERIOUS PIA to start again. When I get it adjusted to where it no longer does this, I get fuel starvation at higher RPMS. Also, when the quad is running, if I snap the throttle wide open from an idle, it'll sputter and die. If I progressivly increase the throttle, it will rev up like it's supposed to. Any tips/suggestions/other?

Also, I need a new choke cable, or fitting. Right where the choke plugs into the carb, the plastic threads have stripped. Anyone know where to get a new? (Besides dealer)

Thanks!
