Default VForce Rebound adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the rebound on the KFX700? I see where it has S&H for the adjustment but when I spin the bottom of the shock it just keeps going and I don't notice a difference in the rebound.

Default VForce Rebound adjustment

The guy in the shop at the place where I bought my vforce said the markings and symbols at the bottom of the shock don't mean or do anything. The only other thing you can adjust on the stock shock is the preload. I've had a problem with bottoming out the rear shock when I jump so I'm waiting for more info on going to an aftermarket rear shock.....most likely an Elka Elite. They are supposed to have more rebound and compression dampening adjustment.

I did find compression dampening at the top of the shock. Small screw at top of reservoir . Does anyone know if there is rebound adjustment?

NYVforce, where did you get your Dayton Digital Tach, and do you like it? I would like to surprise my husband with something like this. We had the TrailTechs on the EX's, so I think he would like something simular.

Hey dude......I posted a message about the suspention on my vforce a few weeks ago. I ended up getting an Elka Elite shock built just for the vforce. It works great. I comes setup just for you and your riding style. The rebound adjustment is a standard drive screw slot at the bottom of the shock with a detached cannester that controls compression dampening. The preload comes preset for you.....but you can turn it up or down with ease. The shock lowers your ride higth a few inches making the bike more stable, and you can dial in the adjustments to suit your needs. The only draw back is the price. I paid $825.00 including shipping and taxes. It took about a week to get it. If you can afford it, I would recomend this shock to anyone. Good luck and ride on.
