A stock blaster will run 50-55 MPH and a good mod Blaster will run 60-70 MPH.

as long as yer not a Monster, a blaster will be great fun for you. they are very simple, easy to mod and cheap to fix. parts are everywhere
mine screams and all i did was change rear tires and sprocket and add a toomey performance kit. [primarily]
so if you're not too tall, check one out.

if you weigh more than 150 pounds or so I HIGHLY wouldnt recommend a blaster. If you want (and the best way to find out is) go test drive a blaster and then IMMEDIATELY go get on a banshee (even if its too much money) just to compare the two!!! The blaster is a great bike but keep in mind that it is extremely easy to ride and grow out of!!! Hope this helps. DONT FORGET TO TEST DRIVE THEM ALL!

remember: top speed is meaningless! when your riding trails. you want power now! and that does not involve top speed.
you cant rate how good a quad is by how fast it will go. that doesnt make sense. ask ppl how they like what they ride and where/what type of riding they do. then you can make an informed decision.

and wear a helmet!!!!!

it sounds like you might like an ex.............ride a 300 if it isn't quick enough get a 400.......if you aren't into racing or anything it should be a good quad for you.........
