Default Speedwerx Prowler test results !!!!

Testing has been going very very well. A few months ago we made some posts with some H1/ prowler motor dyno #'s. Here are some in the feild test results for you to look at.

The comparisons are made between a comepletly stock unit and our perfromance addition with the following parts:

- Speedwerx cam kit $ 333.00
- Speedwerx Head port w/ valve job (stock size valves ) $ 250.00 +
- Speedwerx Full ex. system $ 375.00-425.00
- Speedwerx High flow intake $ 175.00-200.00
- Speedwerx Clutch kit for stock tires $ 125.00-155.00
- Speedwerx Hi rev cdi $ 362.95

Speed kits / package deals are avaialble as well.

These results are in a 500' run

Stock Spx upgrades listed above
2 sec. 16.19 mph 21.15 mph
4 sec. 25.89 mph 30.78 mph
6 sec. 31.88 mph 36.95 mph
8 sec. 35.67 mph 40.72 mph
10 sec. 38.08 mph 43.44 mph
12 sec 40.07 mph n/a

We also have some top speed info as well.

Bone stock machine went 48.90 mph in about 1500'

Speedwerx machine with mods above went 53.50 mph in the same distance.

We have a few more products for the prowlers in the works as well.

Coming soon:
-Flat slide carb kit
-Higher compression piston kits
-Newer cam shaft specs for better throttle response and faster engine reving.

If any one has any ?'s in regards to any of these products please let us know.

Stock Spx upgrades listed above
2 sec. 16.19 mph 21.15 mph 4.96mph
4 sec. 25.89 mph 30.78 mph 4.89mph
6 sec. 31.88 mph 36.95 mph 5.07mph
8 sec. 35.67 mph 40.72 mph 5.05mph
10 sec. 38.08 mph 43.44 mph 5.36mph

All of the gain was made on the launch. It did not gain mph as the time went on. Looks like you have a good clutch/spring set up, but not sure about the rest of the "gains".

I see how you could view this info this way but I can asure you we cannot make this big of a gain in the clutching dept alone. I wish we could be we cannot. The engagment rpm is still within 200 rpm of what it is when it is stock.

Hmmm...... I'm not sure how this can be.

You gained ~5mph in the first 2 seconds (the launch) and kept that ~5mph gain all the way up.

Your clutch / spring set up allows you to accelerate faster at the same "time", but you are not gaining any more mph, (which would be HP), as you progress down the "track".

You are definitely on to something.............

Guys our clutch kit alone will only give you about 1/2 mph in 500' .

5 mph in 500' is huge gain. It's like running a stock 700 quad vs a stock 500 quad.
