Customer Service at Arctic Cat

i got a call from ARCTIC CAT today!! couldn't believe it. i missed it but they left a message, they apologized for the problems i am having and said that they will do whatever it takes to resolve my issues!! Can't wait to talk to them tomorrow! hopefully i can get a warrenty out of them or something. By the way I did try the threatning thing at my dealership, i told them that if my quad wasn't fixed i was going to drive through the showroom window! they didn't like that.

im not going to threaten anyone but i am very unhappy with my dealer.
it seem hes more interested inpaying custemors then the warrenty work ones.
and thats gonna bite him in the *** sooner or later.

same problem i had with my OLD dealer!! Have to drive a little ways but it is worth it. it is weird hearing a dealer ask, "when do you need it done by?"
