Default over heating problem

I have an Arctic Cat 454 4X4 1998 atv and lately i have had with an overheating problem. I have already replaced the thermostat, heat sensor in the radiator, and now the exhaust pipe coming off the manifold is turning cherry red, even after I removed the muffler. If anyone has any suggestions or has had a simmuliar problem or has any insight on what else to do please respond, It would be appreciated greatly. Thank you!

Sounds like to me like it could possibly be a fuel related problem. Either too rich or too lean. Maybe the ignition timing if thats possible?

Checking fluid level, cleaning and straitening fins and making sure the hoses are not blocked is the first items I would check.
Have you done any changes to the carb, different fuel or additives? When it gets hot check the radiator to see if it is hot also, both top and bottom. I have had others do several changes/repairs to their cooling system and get an air block. Just some Ideas.

Does it have a cooling fan? if it does when it gets hot does the temp light come on? if it doesnt, thenyou dont have a cooling system problem. If the fan doesnt even come on then it is possible that the thermostat has went out( it runs the fan and the temp switch.
