Plastic blade or a steel blade for the 500 i 4x4

Default Plastic blade or a steel blade for the 500 i 4x4

Well i'm still not sure what to get. I was reading some more information on the plastic blade and the steel blade does anyone have any info or input on either, please let me know it will really be appreciated if someone could do that. Any pictures might also be a help. thanks everyone.

I went with the steel blade and love it, i'm not really sure what your looking for but if you look at my gallery there are some pictures you can look at, i have the 400i and the setup is esentially the same.

Did you use your winch or are you using an electric lift. And if you are using youw winch have you had any problems with it. Another question what type of blade did you get?

so far i am using my winch, no problems but i am considering getting a shorter piece of winch cable to put on for the winter months. i am using a quadboss blade, which seems to be pretty much the same as everyone elses blade. the pushtubes and mount are cycle country, the whole package was sold to me by my dealership together and it fit together just fine.

Articboy
I went with the genuine arctic cat plow 60" , its steel with a plastic center . Works awesome , price is right and is light weight! mounting is very simple (compared to some others)
