$69 winch deal
#12
I couldn't agree with Irichard more. $1500 is not exactly pocket change, and for a machine that costs that much more, it had better be nothing short of remarkable. That's one of the reasons I bought my 'Cat, was the price was about $1200 cheaper in my area than the competitors, for what I feel is every bit as good, if not better. It's exactly what I needed in a utility quad and I've got no complaints so far.
You brought up another good point though about the Ruby proving itself. With a new tranny that has changed that much, I'd be pretty leary of a first production run model. Chances are the bugs haven't been worked out yet and it would be just my luck to get the bad egg. It is an interesting concept though, of which I hope works out great for Honda. The new gears may very well set the standard for automatic machines in the future, who knows.

I think you made a good deal there for $5500, hope you enjoy your new 'Cat!
