Default 700 Cat ?

That is a good point, and I have a question on that too. I heard that Suzuki is coming out with a 700 and that Cat is going to use that. This 650 was just to be a short deal until Suzuki could come out with it's engine. Is this true???

Also, I know that Suzuki owns 25% of Arctic Cat. Do any other companies have a vested interest in them???

i havent heard anything about cat using the new king quads 700 efi, but it would be sweet if cat would add this to the mix instead of replacing the 650, cause some ppl might prefer the v-twin over the suzi 700 single. I also hope that suzi offers this 700 in a 5 speed version, this would make it very hard for me to look away if ac used this motor

I dont think that any of the new big bore utilities will come in a manual tranny. If you think about it the tranny is under great stress with that much power and if you pop the shifter you might break a tooth off.

The Suzuki quad has a Kawasaki 700 motor, no EFI yet from what I read.

TRV, the Suzuki Twin Peaks has the Kawasaki 700 V-Twin engine. The Suzuki King Quad EFI 700 single (with IRS & front diff locker I believe) is a 2005 model due to come out this summer last I heard (and that sounds like an interesting package!)…
