Default Tire rub

I recently installed 27" Bearclaws on my 400 ACT. Being 12" wide in the back, I noticed they rub on the springs when the bike is moving around. Will this hurt the springs, or tires? Should I get some 1" spacers for it. I thought the tires would clear, and they do, while sitting still, but the sidewall flex is letting them contact the springs. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Yes I used the the 1" spacers with 8" wide wheels, worked out perfectly. (on my 02 400 ACT)
I purchased the one's from Highlifter (aluminum wide tracks),
had heard that the composit or plastic one's would pop?
there about a hundred bucks but the quality was very nice!
