We just got back from a wonderful trip to Colorado.We rode around the Lake City area about 300 miles total.
I asked the forum sometime back about re-jeting for the higher altitude.We were told that we should be ok with the standard jeting.
Well,we found after the first hour of operation you do need to rejet.(above 9,000ft)
We were in luck because the group we were with had an Arctic Cat mechanic along.(AC dealear outing)
Just in case anyone else may need to know the 500 has the standard 145jet and we installed a 140jet.
I am not sure what jet was installed in the 300AC.
Has anyone else had this experience?
