tires

Wookie.
i ride my honda every days off i put about 250 miles a month on it at least.
i had my cat for one year and i put almost 3000 miles on it.
and i've had my honda since may 1st and i've already put 1000 miles on it.
i ride mostly trails where u go maybe 5 to 10 mph.
and i just run low air pressure in my tires and it rides smooth.
with the gators u could run with almost no air and it would like it still had air in them.
with the mud lites i run 3 psi and it rides as smooth as it did with the stockers.
alot of people think that you need lots of air in them but there not like car tires they dont need much
air in them.
thats why there called balloon tires
they only need 2 to 6 psi.
my lites with 6 psi it rides rough but with 3 psi its as smooth as the stocks tires.

Mudblaster,
I'm not bashing you because of your tire selection. I was only asking you how they rode because of my friends atv with gators rides like a tank. We did check his tire pressure and it was 5psi all the way around. we tried lowering it to 3 and the ride did get slightly better but it started to push in turns. He didn't like the feeling of it so we put it back to 5psi. It all comes down to personel preference.
Rich.
