Default leaking MRP Box

I was wondering if anybody has had any luck getting one of arctic cats factory rack boxes to be waterproof!!! Mine sucks water like crazy!!! I even bought the optional waterproofing seal kit ( kinda a joke its just sticky sided foam tape. The way the box is designed it looks hard to put a bulb type rubber seal around it, but maybe one of you guys have figured something out ,. Im just sick of my stuff getting WET!!!!!!

Default leaking MRP Box

My box was leaking and I did the seal thing around the lip. It still kept getting water in it. Then I found that the water was comming in the holes in the bottom of the box. Sealed up all holes for the mounting hardware and now have a dry box.

Be sure to have the weather seal tape applied correctly. I also use two extra pins on the closed side with the rubber hold downs to help seal the box tighter. Works great. I am using this Box on my BF & it works great & is water/dust proof.
