Through all of the testing that we have done we have found that the biggest bacnge for you buck is to just chnage the primary spring. We offer a coule of different rates with high engagment than the stk spring thereare kits out there for 200-300 dollars but you can get he smae perf. with a 28.00 spring. Do you have larger tires or any other mods besides the cdi box?

no other mods as of yet, just the 26" 589 tires (26x12x12).the bike works ok but i just want to get rid of the throttle bog off the start.i've heard that the cdi will make it run a little cooler and smoother?

go with the pink primary and black secondary springs and remove 1 shim from the driven clutch and it should put you pretty close to where you wanna be might have to play with the shims a lil i think i need to take mine out and put a smaller one in.

Ok, the cdi box makes the biggest differenace with that machine, clutchingand exhaust wil add to the performance as well. Find out what rate springs you are putting in you machine as well it always nice to know if you wnat to change somthing or if you ever have to test your springs.
