It's your money fix the cat and trade it in on a honda, but don't be surprised if it breaks as well.
I will fix the Cat and keep it, just won't buy another new one. Yeah the next new one will be a Honda and after 6 months the warranty will run out and all repairs will be on me.

No, I don't blame the machine. I ride the heck (probably called abuse by some) out of my 4 wheelers and expect them to brake. The dealer I used does not have a very good 4 wheeler mechanic, from talking to him he seems like a great boat motor mechnic . My problem was with Arctic Cat, they payed the dealer to repair the airbox but wouldn't pay for the engine damage the airbox caused. But no, I do like the machine. Just got a sour feeling dealing with the customer support people.
I agree with you that if the airbox was faulty and they fixed it under warranty, then they should have fixed any damage caused by it. But the dealer will either "sell" the warranty claim to AC or not and if they didn't try (and I suspect they didn't) then it is still a dealer problem.

I think your probably right, heck I may try another Cat this year if so I will use I different dealer. I wish they would fix the high reverse issue with the 400, I may try one of the 500's this time.

I think "high reverse" is a problem with ALL models. I could be wrong though.
