Warranty Issues with AC?????
Well, it's kinda funny what a call from AC to a dealer will do. With in 2 hours of getting a email back from AC saying they were going to have the dealer call me to resolve the problem, the dealer called and set me up an apt. to come in.
It's in there now getting looked at and we'll see if they fix it this time or just give me a nother "it's normal" story!!
I'll keep you updated.

Check your warranty papers, the two year extended warranty is not an AC warranty. The coverage is provided by GE. You need to show the paper work to the dealer in order to get warranty repair work covered. Be sure you have a record of all maintenance as they will require one that meets all AC specifications for both mileage and time.
