I may be able to help you, I have been riding Arctic Cat sleds for 20 years but I am going riding for 4 days on my new 05 650 LE so I may not have time to answer your question before I leave. If no one on these forums has answered your question soon, go to ArcticChat.com or Snowest.com There are many sled riders on there that can answer your question.

Tons of possibilities
heres just a few:

1.) No snow. Have to wait a few months before riding.
2.) Track bound up/ misaligned
3.) Drive axle - bad bearing
4.) jackshaft- bad bearing
5.) frozen back clutch
6.) bad/burnt belt
7.) weight may be cocked in drive clutch
8.) Clutch weight pin too tight, causing towers to be squeezed
9.) Swollen clutch shaft. remove cover/belt, see if it moved freely (happens more to big cc sleds)

When you rebuilt the clutch did you replace the springs and weights??? Maybe they are worn out, or worse a broken spring?? I busted one on my MC 600 last year. Did you torque the clutch when you put it back on? Maybe spinning on the shaft?
