What type of pipe do you guys recommend for an 04 650. Will i have to rejet it? Will a pipe cause any premature wear on any other parts?
Thanks Guys

Thats the only down side to the AC is the Aftermarket accessory availability. I think HMF makes one in their Q1 series and FMF makes one in there Power line series, Supertrapp also makes one in thier IDS2 series. Any of these will work. Depending on how you are currently jetted will determine if you need to rejet. As long as you are jetted properly it shouldn't cause any additional wear on your parts.

I recommend save your cash and mod the stock muffler. Cut end off, drill 5 3/8 or 1/2 inch holes through all 4 or 5 baffles with a long drill bit, gut out the end cap, then re-weld back on. Works great, not too loud, and cheap. See photos.....click the little camera under my username.

Other then about a 10 lb weight savings your probably correct. I don't know if anyone has dyno'ed a comparison between an aftermarket exhaust system to the modified stock like you have done.
