I have 2000 AC 300 4x4 that has set up for about a year. I got it out the other day and pulled the carb and when thru it. Wheeler runs fine, except when I get above idle it smokes alot. It will idle fine with no smoke. I took the oil fil plug off and there is alot of back pressure coming out. Could this be a stopped up breather hose or is it likely the rings? This wheeler had no problems before I set it up. Thanks.

 

Sounds like the rings are partially stuck. Use some type of engine cleaner that you either put in the fuel or spray into the carb and let the engine set for like 20 to 30 minutes and then run the bee geses out of it to loosen things up. This kinda of stuff happens when an engine is let set without being winterized for storage.
