You think the guts inside the diff. may be the same? I haven't looked at my linkage close enough, what does/would the star nut you refer to do by moving up and down-would that be your 2/4 wd, and if it went farther, be the lock position?

If you happen to look into it further, or find out for sure-please let us know. If it is possible, and the mod. is as easy as it is on the 300, that would be great!

NOPE, I have seen an Arctic Cat video that showed the insides of the differential and it IS NOT anything like the differential that was pictured in my service manual which was from an Arctic Cat 300.

I know of people who have adusted the linkage to allow them to either be in 4x4 or 4x4 with locked front end. I was and am still under the impression that the original set up for the 25O was 2x4 and 4x4. Suzuki is the only one with the locked differential.

It can be set up that way with some modifications. the 4x4 and 4x4 w. lock is just an adjustment of the lever on the from differential.
