05' AC 500 4x4 Auto LE - Great Machine!

Just thought I'd share some of my info. I've owned my machine for about 8 mo. now and my only mods are a set of 26" mudlightXLs. It's lime green and I now own a matching 60" straight blade plow. I live in Duluth, MN and it can get pretty wet around here in the fall. I've had it in mud up to the tops of the fenders(not extremly thick mud but none the less it was down right mud) I can stop and start moving again quiet effortlessly. I have yet to be pulled out since i've put the mudlights on, I love them! Now it's winter and we recently got about 8 inches of wet snow and that plow went through it like nothing. It's truely amazing what it can push, those mud lights come in handy their too! Also a great feature is the Warn Winch In/Out switch that's mounted in easy reach of your left thumb on the handle bar! All in all I haven't been disappointed once with this machine although the silly little brake light switch failed. Luckily I knew the parts guy and was able to install it myself and return the faulty part under warranty. Hate to give up my wheeler for something so dumb. I never had a doubt in AC, gotta love the factory 12" clearance and 10" susp. travel! Great Machine/Product!! Check my profile for some pics.

The first 150 miles I put on the tires were on hard pack. They are an all around excellent tire. Even with the BIG Lugs they ride really well on hard pack, I've even had them on new blacktop for about 4 miles. I don't like driving them on pavement due to the wear so I don't know how they respond because I take corners really easy as not to rub off the outside lugs. I ride with 6psi in the tires and for a 26" side wall and 750lbs machine they handle better than I'd expect. well here's an example... I hate to even admit to this because I knew it could happen but.... I was out riding with my sister and her boyfriend and they started putzing around in a dirt pit so I started to whip donuts for a little while. Well they were near me so I started doing figure 8's as not to spray them with rocks and suddenly I was laying on the ground and my wheeler was on its side. The tires just decided to grab and it threw me. I should've known better but it's a lesson learned. I've had them on a dirt road doing about 45 through fairly sharp corners and the front tires held their position, the rears tires began to drift but that's half the fun of high speed corners! I have to say i'll definitly buy another pair when these ones wear out. Oh, one last thing. I also drive it to my dads house to plow him out when it snows. It's a 8 mile journey 1way, roads are snowy, and they handle & steer flawlessly even with the plow on it.
