Hey Chumley, we got back to camp, and my buddy was tired and not feeling good, so we split. Im glad you had fun though! Sucks that i missed the Sunday ride. But i had fun at the mudhole!! I wont rub it in . There is talk of a red top trip in October, sounds fun. But so far, ive never found any trails as fun as Spider Lake. Ive been going to Spider Lake for about 12 yrs, and its always like the first time!!

 

Ooohh, I forgot the part where we headed to the landing to do a little washing Saturday night. I found a REALLY soft spot in the lake and my front in dropped like crazy. I ended up filling the clutch cover with water and got towed back to camp. I got it patched up and ready to ride Sunday morning. That was not the only thing that went wrong, I'll let the others tell their own stories.

 

Hey Chumley you for got about catterman's little misshap at the boat landing ,oopps wonder if he want's to talk about it , lets just say towed back to camp . Hey to everbody that was up there great to meet you all . will have to do it again .
I would say to go back up to spider again this year ?

to bad you guys couldn't have stayed it was awsome ,was already thinking of the 9-10 of september I'm planning on getting my kidds up to spider for a fun ride .

The wife and I are both game to go back this year, preferably before it gets darn cold in the tent overnight. Dean, I think you missed some of the best riding also. The whole weekend was just a riot though.

 

September 10 I will be in Buffalo, MN playing paintball with 300 people. ATVing is great...but man...300 people with paintball guns. (drool)
