lol this is kinda funny to me how ppl are to travel many of miles and spend lots of money to aquire the opportunity to shoot game birds when i can walk on our land and shoot them all day. i haven't went for a couple years cause it isn't a challenge anymore. my dad did go out for about an hour last weekend and got 3 though.

 

Hey weez, even if I could just head out my front door and shoot the grouse I would rather go someplace else. It is the trip, the buddies, and the time away that makes it fun, I could care less if I even see a bird. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] However that does add to the time... My main reason for going is to check up on my deer hunting spot, check my shooting lanes, sight in my rifle, and its going to be a perfect day for riding! And there is room for one more on my trailer and truck, if your interested Catterman

Hey v2 Opening duck this weekend so ,I'd say I'll pass .

 

The trails were awesome today!! There was a fair amount of riders up there this weekend also. In our group we had three 2002 Kodiak 450s, 1 2005 Wolverine, 1 2007 Raptor 700, 1 2002 Polaris 325 trail boss, an older Blaster, and mine. Some of you know of the big water hole in the gravel pit. The blaster and the polaris didnt attemt to cross it. But everyone else went through it just fine, except for the Wolverine, it boggeg out a little in the middle, but it made it through. Then we found out the Wolverines arent sealed up very well, as we had to drain the belt houseing, which had ALOT of water in it. The machine would go nowere because the belt was slipping so bad. But we got it fixed. All in all, it was a good day of riding, with no major problems. I will be going back again in two weeks.
