Dean, I don't know if your Z will be able to keep up with my 200 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

I have a question for you though, I want to make some hand gurads like you did for your Z, how do I go about doing that???

fairly simple ,I used 1" flat steel and my vise it bend it . I used my welder to add pieces to run a U bolt around the handle bar . and used the screw that holds the vibration weights on the end of the handle bars to hold the end on .and it really depends on the machine .

and the plastic hand piece is a part of a 50 gal plastic drum,used cardboard to get the shape, and then a propane torch to heat the plastic up ,
and bent it into the shape I wanted .
are you talking for your 200 now ?

what do you have for tools ,at your disposal .

Just kidding, wish I had some mechanical ingenuity, guess I have to settle on being man-pretty.

I might have to come up with some creative engenering here... Yes, it is for my Honda 200. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

would need to have your machine to do it properly ,and we could figure out some thing easy for price, I do have extra plastic ,

ask catterman,they really protect the hands . and they look workable .I've not had a hand smack since i made them had good sized branches break against them ,and if I can save my self some money ,then I do .

Hey that might work, I am gone Saturday afternoon, but around the rest of the weekend. My house is just about 2 minutes off of I-94 and Hwy 23.

Yah, we are actually west of I-94. We live in the country (3 acres) but our address is St. Cloud, and we are in the Rockville city limits. Crazy. If it doesn't work I can take good pictures of my handle bars and such too.

well we have some time to get you set up. I live down by Hutchinson ,east by about 7 miles .
