Default Help with tire size

I just bought a 500 cat and was wanting to put some meats on it. It has 270-80-12 on the rear and 205-80-2 on the front. Anybody know what standard size is equivelent to the size I have?

Front and rear tires have to be the same diameter of you will break something in the 4X4 drive train. As to tires, larger diameter tires hurt performance, wider does not.

i wouldn't get anything bigger then 26 inch tires for a 500 the half an inch of ground clearence you will gain with going with 27's or bigger isn't worth the loss of horsepower. my vote is always for a good 6-ply tires on the arctic cats so either 25 or 26 inch tires and like bear said make sure the front and back are the same height.
