I never ride anywere but Minnesota, but the weather goes from almost 100 degrees in summer, to 20 below in winter!( i dont ride unless its about 20 above or higher) Would hot or cold make me need to change jets with a dynatek cdi? (nonprogrammable)

Unless you put a snorkel kit or some form of exhasut on that machine you will not need to change jets. The cdi doesn't require jetting changes. With that said for winter riding you might have to run a larger main jet even if you quad is left stk. I know alot of people don't due it but it should be done.

v2 i live about 7 miles from canada and you wouldn't seem think it would make that big of a difference from me to you but it really , even fargo is alot warmer then it is here. i am not talking windchill this last winter was awesome weather but in years past it is nothing for it to average -40 here in january for a few weeks, then you put windchill on top of that and well yeah it is just good snuggling weather to sit in front of the fireplace and watch tv. good god i hate winter at least it is the beginning of summer
