alright heres the story... we went out riding a couple weekends ago, my quad ran great all day. i got it home, put it in the garage and put it away for a week or two, yesterday i went out to start it and all it would do is crank. i have fire, i have compression, so i am guessing it is the carb? there was also gas leaking out of the bottom of the carburator when i got out there. could it be a needle and seat or float problem? thanks for your help.

 

almost sounds like your float is sticking. if you have done it before taking a carb apart and cleaning it is a breeze but if you haven't i would advise taking the carb off or just taking the machine to your dealer and having them clean it.

 

haha well i cleaned the carb out... now we got no leaks through the overflow and still no start. any other ideas? maybe the needle and seat?
